We have been here 4 years and really like it. Idk what is with some of the other reviewers but our electric bill has always been $150 on the budget plan. Inside apartment is wonderful. Huge rooms, fireplace, central air, everything nice and new looking. Halls and common areas are dated and a bit beat up but that's minor for how nice the apartments are. We have NEVER had a bad experience with management or maintenance.

Ive delivered food here multiple times. Always makes me think of the shining. Wouldn't be surprised if i walked through a fire door and two twin girls were on the other side asking if i wanna play with them, or if the elevator door opened and blood came spilling out.

Worst apartments ever. I’m a Paying tenant, rent always on time. Bombarded with numerous issues from lack of heat during the winter but an excessive heating bill, electrical problems, pool and hot tub was closed half the time of my lease. Any issue that is brought up is blamed on the tenant. They charged me $60 to replace lightbulbs that were previously inaccurately installed by the maintenance guy then blamed me. Refused to fix my garbage disposal which is stil not working.
Also felt the need to tow my vehicle because they were striping the lines in the parking lot while I was out of town for

Moved in a couple months ago. I love it. I'm curious about all these reviews of people paying $300-$400 a month on electric. Mine was about $130. Better than at my old apartment. It's clean. Grounds crew has already been out here. It's quiet. Management has always been nice to us. Only down falls is there could be a bit more parking and one of my neighbors smokes pot making my sons bathroom stink.

The hallways and hall carpet may be dingy but the inside of the apartments are very nice. I have been here almost three years and can not believe the negative reviews of management. Mark and Karen have always been pleasant and helpful, and we have never had any major maintenance needs but anything minor we have asked to be repaired has been done quickly and the maintenance guy Dennis is really nice. Huge problem with pot smell in the common hallway almost every day. Was also coming into the bathroom but we caulked under the bathroom sink to keep the smell out of there which helped a lot.

1.The women in the office are very rude! She is always getting after people for doing things
2. Nothing gets done for maintenance grass gets long the outlets dont work, outsides grill has been broken
3. Things are left broken, found needles in the parking lot
4. The heat is expense and so is laundry
5. No parking ever nobody gets assigned parking places so you always have to wait to park if the parking lot is full
Just don't move into these apartments you will be disappointed if you do!!I

In no world should someone be paying 300$ a month for electricity. I did see other reviews warning of this but chose to believe Matk the manager because he “had the electric records” and that those other claims were false. They’re not false. Do not rent from this place unless you’re prepared to pay ridiculous rent prices plus insane electric price. The halls were always dirty and had an odd smell to them. The manager mark gives such an attitude when something needs to be fixed. He is unprofessional and just plain rude.

Landlord Mark was extremely rude when anything needed to be done. The woman who works in the office sometimes as well is also extremely unprofessional and mean sometimes. She sits outside with her friends on the rocking bench and talks badly about some of the tenants. She is one of those women who is in everybody else’s business and is extremely judgmental. Electricity can be $300-400 a month depending on the location of your apartment. Glad we moved to another apartment. Laundry prices went up to $1.50/1.75 a wash and $1.50 per dryer. Dryers sometimes do not dry and then it’s $3.00 to dry

I can't begin to list all of the things wrong with this place, but I will try to highlight the most notable issues:
- Heat is ELECTRIC. to keep our place heated in winter (2 br @ 65 degrees) costs almost $400 per month, or $350 if you tape your windows shut.
- Laundry room sucks. $1.25 to wash and another $1.25 to dry; barely gets the job done and clothes never come out fresh.
- No security cameras. Plenty of break-ins.
- Minimal groundskeeping. Lots of dead grass and trees.
- Pests living in the walls. Owner will not let manager get a real exterminator.
- Rent increases every year.

PROS:
We moved in here two weeks ago and, so far, we love it. Can't wait to try out the pool, hot tub and sauna. Absolutely gorgeous building. Very clean. Very safe.
There is a 24/7 laundry room; a community garden; and a Lounge/birthday hall equipped with couches, a large flat-screen TV with cable, a refrigerator, a bar, a small fitness area, vending machines and a book exchange. The lounge/birthday hall is free all day to residents, but can also be rented out for parties.
All units have a balcony or patio. All two bedroom units come with a wood burning fireplace. One can easily take a 30-45
