Halekauwila Place provides rent-restricted housing for residents whose income does not exceed the maximum allowable income for their household size.

I’ve live here for the past year and during the pandemic they have been nothing but helpful. Both ladies in the office are super pleasant, I’ve never had an issue once. Anytime I have a problem then are there to help. The Bldg is always clean. I love the fact that if you don’t live here you can’t access any of the floor without a key. If I can rate 10 stars I would !
