The website says "luxury living" but mostly everything here is old and broken. Madison is a nightmare to work with, she will pick and choose who she is helpful to, and is spiteful and rude to everyone else. I came home one day to her in my spot, and her response was "they won't tow my car because it's a managers car" so I guess she can just do whatever she wants because she's a manager. She told my neighbor that he didn't have to pay for his dog for the first month, in writing, and then charged him for it anyway. Maintenance will always be late or forget

I moved in about 1 year ago, and I love my neighbors and the central location, but that's about all. The neighborhood looks like a dump with old mattresses, appliances, and furniture placed on the street for pickup without any regard to scheduling, and there is always trash strewn around the adjacent streets. The apartment complex itself is frequently strewn with trash in the parking lot and common areas. If you like noise, then come on down, cuz the windows are just cheap acrylic slats that cannot be fully closed, letting in the constant noise, as well as the high humidity. The church
