Building is managed by Cirrus, and I'm not sure where to begin... it has been the most challenging month i have ever experienced with a property management company.
we have since had to call maintenance over six times due to shoddy workmanship, negligence, and things broken around the unit that should have been dealt with prior to move in. this included an emergency call due to dirty garbage disposable water uncontrollably spraying everywhere in the kitchen.
We did TWO walkthroughs & put the unit on hold for over a month prior to move in so it wasn't like there was insufficient

I am a tenant at Napili Tower, Nahua Street. Our elevator has been broken for 10 days and counting. All the tenants are having to climb stairs repeatedly, daily. Some tenants have old dogs on the upper floors. Dogs that have difficulty or in the case of one Rotty, can't do stairs. Furniture can't be brought in or taken out reasonably. Groceries have to be carried up 10 flights of stairs, for some. Tenants are told repeatedly that repairs are in the works, but I have only seen someone from a repair place once. When asked if our rent would be adjusted to reflect the poor maintenance situation
