Staff are friendly and accommodating to all of our needs thank you for all that you do for us. Some neighbors are up late and make more than enough noise between persons and their dogs.

The Staff R very helpful & I'd give 5 stars for THT! The neighborhood, isn't cool, if Ur looking to go out side the complex. Every Stolen or crashed vehicle in Vallejo must be lined on Porter Street.
This community is nice for the young, to lay their head there, but want easy access th o freeway, as well as, mature but ACTIVE. It's not for those with physical, mobility or sight, disabilities. Lots of stairs and parking too far. The ADA program couldn't even come up with a solution for the concrete stairs, I fell down. Also, the color scheme is dark Brown for keeping cool in Summer but, it impairs

Nice quiet and breezy here at Harbor Park Ap a rtment Homes.Rest and Relaxation at lastI love being here @harborparkapts. It is nice to know that I can walki in at any time and speak my mind about anything I need help with .With lightening speed. I receive my answer or help that I asked for. This is just how it is with Marjorie Becerra managing this establishment.

Being that we have just moved from Hawaii a few months ago and was able to get an apartment on our own for the first time in our lives, I must say, the experience has been great! The process was short, sweet and simple; moving in was a breeze and living here is all to awesome! The staff is friendly, the security guards are always on top of their game and the neighbors are really nice.

We moved into Harbor Park in Jan of this year after relocating from our New England area home we sold. I was concerned about apartment living as I have own a Home for over 20 years. Since our arrival I have found Harbor Park to be a Family orientated community with a diversity of tenants. It has been so far a very peaceful and quit area. :) school vacations not here yet :) I like the fact that there is on site Security Team between 2pm and 6am. The team has been very friendly and professional.
The Maintenance Service staff ( Lead By Brian) has been very professional & responsive to any request

I expected the transition from owner to renter to be a a significant adjustment however that has not been the case. We are really enjoying being at Harbor Park. Alicia in particular has been a superstar about answering all my questions and helping with any move in issues I had. Really appreciate her!
