They don't respond in a timely manner. They haven't picked up any calls since Ive left.
I've contacted them 3 times this month to inquire about my deposit. It has been 21 days past since I've moved out. (left last month of the 30th) and I haven't received my deposit or an itemized bill.
Some employees are nice but people in the actual leasing officer are garbage.

Management is horrible. Never answers calls and rude. They’re more concerned about washing your clothes quickly in the laundromat and keeping your porch clear than being kept up all night by other tenants blasting music, partying, or violent behavior. I get no sleep and have made multiple complaints. The community’s security won’t respond to noise complaints but will freak out if you’re not out of the laundromat at 830pm even though it closes at 9pm. Nothing is ever done. The units have very cheap appliances and flooring. The floor is just a sticker to portray hardwood floors. No matter

Renting here is a trap; I was shown a model apartment prior to moving in but the apartment I got was dirty and smelled like cigarette smoke. There are lots of raccoons and skunks on the property so you have to be careful at night. Every morning there is loud noises from the trash trucks to wake you up and now I have an infestation of roaches. In addition, I am forced to pay $125 a month for water that is included in my rent. There are only 2 people in my apartment, with no washers/dryers so there is no reason for my water bill to be this high. Ive been living here for a year and I am so disappointed

I stayed here for about 1 year, and I'm a pretty big fan. The on-site manager is pretty nice and keeps the apartment complex pretty clean. I have to mention that the Management including Anabella and Joan are very helpful and prompt in addressing any issues that you may have. Mike and Ruwel , the maintenance guys who are very polite and attend to business quickly. Their response time is mostly on the same day. The lease is month-to-month or 6 months which is great/flexible. There also aren't too many fees associated with applying, compared to the managers of my last apartment.
