Move here if:
1) you don't want any privacy, and don't mind hearing all of your neighbors business (in the bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, living room).
2) you don't mind car break ins and management is unwilling to install security cameras. (And security is only on-site in the summer.)
3) No recycling. Overflowing trash.
4) Mail box broken into so no mail delivered for a month.
5) over 10% rent increases each year
6) pool is neither cleaned nor heated in the summer
7) non-working equipment in gym room for over a year
8) only pro is location by the freeway, size of rooms/closet

I can say that this is a really good place to live everyone here is real nice and the office manager is great. only down fall is that it is not gated and you have riff raff walk over from the liquor store across the street . But i can say its probably the most affordable place to live in Vallejo. And theres a/c in all units. would have gave 5 stars had this property been gated

I'm not sure what the hell that guy was talking about, sounds like he changed his mind and there's a price associated with changing your mind. The staff here is great! As long as you follow the rules, pretty simple right! As long as you have all the proper paperwork in order, the process is seamless. They're organized and always help me if I have any questions. The maintenance staff is awesome, and the place is kept clean. If you happen to go in the office to go see Maia, she always has some candy for you!
