Reed Property Management
At Reed Property Management, our main goal as your property management company is to maximize your return on investment (ROI). We do this by efficiently managing your property and tenants. We implement and enforce any lease keeping within all Florida laws to retain tenants and keep them happy but we do so within the parameters of the lease.

Sometimes a tenant desires something that is outside the parameters of the lease and we have no problem tactfully saying "No". As we all know when owning a physical property part of that ownership includes making needed repairs. We work hard to make sure repair expenses are minimized as well as liability obligations.
Services
As a locally-owned and operated family business, our mother and daughter team are dedicated to serving our landlords and partners. We firmly believe that the most effective means of working with you (and your family) is to treat you as our neighbors, not just homeowners or tenants. We are committed to maximizing your ROI through efficiently managing tenants while minimizing liability obligations and expenses and protecting your property.
At Reed Property Management we complete criminal, employment, income and credit background checks. Rent is due on the 1st of each month, if tenants have not paid by the 5th we are immediately attempting to contact them by phone in an attempt to communicate any concerns. If we do not hear from them we then issue a 3 day notice to pay rent, there is no cost for this service to the owner and a part of the monthly fee if needed.

Report
We hired Kim Reed and Reed property Management to rent out our townhome in Naples. We advertised the home for a minimum of 2-months in season, or a full-year furnished or unfurnished. Kim called us to say she had found a tenant and they wanted it unfurnished for a year lease. She told us to have all contents removed and we called her a few days later to confirm that we should in fact empty all contents. We paid to have the home boxed up and moved and even sold some items at a significant loss instead of storing them for a year. Kim then proceeded to call us on December 27 with the house already
