I give my condo for rent with this company, thinking that it was the easy way to not have to deal with the tenants problems and I also live very far away from my condo.
I found that it was necessary to right this review because the countless problems with Premier Property Management, such as not receiving my money the day we agreed. They AUTOMATICALLY take the money from the tenant SHE DOESN'T PAY WITH CHECK "TO BE CLEAR" the FIRST day of each month it doesn't matter if its the holiday weekend etc. Im supposed to receive my money between the 5th and the 6th of each month. But instead I receive

I had a rental unit with them that I wanted to sell. It was leased through the year and I knew I wanted to sell it in 2020. I paid the current tenant(at the time) one month's rent to move out early(June 1st) so I could have the unit remodeled for sale. PPM recommended a contractor (Naples Pro) and got me an estimate just short of $25,000. The work was done and the unit went on the market in a very favorable time at the price PPM recommended. There were many showings but almost no interest. Almost all the comments from the showing were about the poor workmanship on the remodel. I continuingly questioned

I have used Premier Property Management of Naples for about 10 years now to manage my properties in Naples and am very happy with their service. My experience and all information written below is documented with proof and emailed to this company and is by no means being used as slander. No one ever answers at the office and it takes multiple emails and reminders to get things done. The home is nice and clean and a good value for what I pay currently per market value considering it’s in East Naples. I was robbed here once already in a year. I would like the actual owner to respond and not someone in the office please.
