Many property managers /CAMs try to run Commercial Associations the same way as residential condominium associations. That doesn't work - they are not the same. A business environment is run very differently than a home! Commercial Associations have a myriad of issues which do not commonly arise in residential associations.

We are extremely happy with our home watch company! Last summer while up north, my husband noticed on his heat/humidity app that something was wrong with our air conditioner. Our home watch technician, Tim, went to our house, called us and reprogrammed our thermostat and stayed on the line until the air conditioner came back on. He was amazing! He went above and beyond our expectations by checking for mold, etc. I would highly recommend Golden Property management!

I can not say enough FANTASTIC things about this company and their employee's!! They have saved our behinds on more than one occation. Hurricane was on the way and we forgot to move our lanai furniture in, fixed it! We dealt with a rental company that was not responsive to our tenants issues; I called Sandy. She went in figured out the issues, got the appropriate vendors in and fixed it! Another touch that I just love is that Mary, almost always, answers the phone. I love the personal touch!! I could go on. If you need help minding your home while you are away this is the company for you!!

We love having Golden Property as our Homewatch company. Kris Greenberg has been watching out for us since we bought our house back in May of 2019. It has been such a relief knowing that our house is in capable hands when we aren’t there. When our air conditioner gave up the ghost during this last brutal summer, she was right there to help us through the most stressful time of having the old one removed and the new one installed.
