We have been providing world-class martial arts training to Naples FL families since 1999!. Tiger Rock's Naples FL Martial Arts Academy aims to enrich the lives of each and every student through our unique model of martial arts, fitness, and skills training.

By combining the latest training methods with the cherished tradition that is martial arts, Tiger Rock Martial Arts provides every student that comes through our door an experience like none other.Head Instructor Jon Frost is dedicated to providing a thorough and challenging, yet fun and rewarding martial arts and fitness training experience.

Tiger-Cubs Ages 4-5 Report

Our Tiger-Cubs Program is our early child development martial arts program. This program is specifically designed for ages 4, 5, and 6 years old. These are formative years in your child's life. Tiger-Rock Martial Arts' training program for pre-school and kindergarten can make a positive impact on your child's development.

Juniors Ages 6-10 Report

Elementary and middle school brings new challenges both academically and socially. A constructive after-school activity such as kids martial arts training can help your child with these challenges. This is where Tiger-Rock Martial Arts, your neighborhood martial arts academy serving the Naples FL community, comes in.

Youth Ages 11-15 Report

Tiger-Rock Martial Arts of Naples FL provides a positive environment for teens. When a student becomes part of our teen martial arts program, they join a group of like-minded peers. Students experience growth mentally, emotionally, and socially in our program. And there are many exciting training, competitive, and leadership opportunities that enhances the student's Tiger-Rock experience.

Adult Martial Arts Report

Our core adult martial arts program combines the Korean tradition of taekwondo with the latest physical fitness. This combination creates a signature workout that helps you become more fit and focused! Tiger-Rock adult martial arts classes feature striking drills, kicking drills, blocking drills, form exercises, as well as core strengthening exercises.

My son and I have been going there and we love it. The instructors are always so respectful and kind. We’ve learned a lot and plan on staying here for a long time! Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a fantastic martial arts program to join.

Great program! I do miss the old chairs in the lobby. ..The staff is excellent and are great with kids. My son has ADHD and can be challenging and they are great with him! I definitely recommend them!

This is a great environment for adults and children. Positive, motivating instructors. Each class is different . The instructors inspire respect and dignity within the students. Grateful to find this opportunity. Respect for Mr. Frost and Mr Freeman is apparent at every session.

Today was her first class. She loved! The instructor was very professional and imparted great expertise. You can tell he's been doing this for 15 years. My husband loved it as well so much that he's thinking about joining the class. The family plan is surprisingly cheap! You should check it out.

I signed my teenage daughter up for their adult classes and in a couple days she fell in love with the program. Their are helpful and kind adults In the class and a lot of nice and responsible teenage boys and girls in the class who make new teens feel at home. It’s an amazing martial arts business you should come here.

My guy loves it here! he’s a black belt and takes the adult class I think. I have watched class here once with his parents and it seems nice her and clean. This place is awesome and I’m most likely gonna sign up!!!!
