Slow Flow Yoga: A flowy, melodic practice that allows for a slow and steady practice with controlled mindful breath. A beautiful happy medium between a vinyasa and hatha class. Vinyasa (flow) yoga: Vinyasa means 'to place in a special way'. This style of yoga places poses in a special sequence that consciously coordinates the breath with movement, creating a smooth flow from one pose to another.
Group Fit classes include: Mat Pilates, Yoga, TRX, Cardio kickboxing (YogaBox), MOTR, and Total Body Workout. Class packages have expiration dates ranging from 60 days to 1 year based on package. Class packages can be shared with family members with explicit consent from the package holder. Monthly packages cannot be shared or transferred.
What is YogaBox? Apply kickboxing techniques at cardio speed, then relax and enjoy yoga-based stretching. The best of both worlds! Check out these videos on the left to learn basic techniques of moves done during class. They are not just punches and kicks, but, when properly applied, are effective and empowering and can be used in self-defense.

I discovered Skylight Fitness and Yoga while searching for a fitness studio to complement my tennis activities. The inclusivity of this studio is one of the main reasons why I returned after my first class. The owner and her instructors instill a welcoming, comfortable feeling while providing a high level of expertise.
The class offerings are varied and many include a livestream option, so you are able to participate from your home if you choose. The instructors are creative and provide considerable variation within their instruction, so a student can take the same class every day and not be bored

I’ve been going to Skylight Yoga and Fitness for over 2 years , and I’d never go any where else . I’ve been to orange theory, pure barre and la fitness in the past and nothing can compare . The expertise of the instructors, the ever changing , never boring , always challenging workouts are what make me attend this boutique like gym 5 days a week . Not only are the instructors carefully watching your form , the environment is never intimidating , and all of the clients are welcoming and kind . I feel like they are my workout family . Taking Pinky's Strength Building Yoga class at Third Space Wellness is definitely one of my happy places. I feel like her instruction is both gentle and challenging and I appreciate both! I trust that the poses she gives us are chosen with the best intentions for us to grow as students and I always feel encouraged by Pinky's warm presence.
