Jake is amazing guy and professional trainer. He works very hard at what he does and it shows. His determination to help others and do well is like no other if you need to get in shape or just need a boast in the right direction Jakes your man. Wether your just staring out or have been training for years there's always something new and fun to learn at the Trijake studio!

First I met with Jake for a consultation. We chatted a bit before a test run and before we even got started I signed up for a package. I am a firm believer of believing in the person. We talked a little about everything. Goals , aspirations and most of all the beauty of life. We joked a bit about food. He told me the importance of nutrition and balance. He had a ton of knowledge. I wasn't looking for someone to beat me up(found out later it gradually happens.....loved every minute of it...felt great). When we stepped on the floor he explained everything and showed me how to do the exercises

Jake is the best trainer I've ever worked out with -- and I've worked out with a few doozys. He combines principles from all types of explosive strength training and endurance training to build a customized workout routine. The program e built for me had me dropping pounds and feeling energized and positive in a few sessions. If you need a serious fitness motivator who can meet you where you are and get you where you want to be while having a blast, go with Jake.

Jake is someone you can't categorize as just a personal trainer. First session, most trainers will ask you what your goals are. Jake on the other hand examines how you walk, how you move and really looks at ways he can improve your athletic ability, flexibility and all around well being.
With Jake he's not gonna stick you on a bench press and make you bang out 3 sets of 10, anyone can do that. He's gonna give you circuits of chest, back and legs. Next it'll be movements that your body is not used to doing with traditional weights and you won't know what hit you. You think
