I have never talked to someone so energentic over the phone, but it was refreshing. Inspectors showed up on time. Answered all the questions I had throughout the inspection. Detailed report provided the night of with pictures/videos, descriptions, and repair suggestions. Great value.

I called on Friday to set up a home inspection and they offered a next day time slot. I had to work, so I scheduled a Monday appointment. Charlie was our inspector and he was kind, thorough and very informative. The report we received included pictures and videos of things that would need our attention. Great experience all around, highly recommend!

Excellent service and personnel. Frank my inspector showed that he knew what he was doing. He explained each potential issue he found and answered my questions. I'd had some remodeling experience but when asking questions about areas outside my experience there was no such thing as a "dumb" question. I am extremely happy with their service.

The Inspector (Frank Burton) arrived at our house in Columbus, OH promptly at the inspection time and had the proper face covering for entering our home. Just purchased my first condo and I just want to say that I am able to make this purchase with peace of mind because of cap city inspections. Hyde Anderson is the owner and the one that inspected my property. He was there before I was and had snacks out and was super friendly. I learned that you don't have to stay for a whole inspection but he allowed me to follow him and teach me all kinds of things when it comes to having your home inspected and what I should keep an eye out for as a new homeowner. Cap city is now my go to for the next home I purchase and would gladly recommend them.
