A seller's inspection is the equivalent of a buyers inspection, but of course the client is the person selling the home. If you choose to make the inspection report a public document, this can make the home a more attractive property for potential buyers by giving them better peace of mind about a property before even writing an offer on it.
If you're buying, selling, or refinancing your home, chances are you'll need a "Wood Destroying Insect" (WDI) Inspection. A WDI Inspection is a written report of an inspection on a home, where visible and accessible evidence of infestation or damage by wood destroying insects is documented. One is typically required for a closing and commonly called a "Termite Inspection", "Clearance Letter", or "Termite Letter".
How do we test for and measure radon levels? A Continuous Radon Monitor test, conducted by a licensed, radon mitigation specialist, is by far [Bar Graph] the most accurate short-term radon test available for your home. This test typically provides a precise radon level reading in about 48 hours. What is Radon?
We offer multiple time slots a day, to make sure you can choose a time that works for your schedule that allows you to attend the inspection (the end of the inspection includes a walkthrough of the findings). Although you do not have to be there the entire time, we do encourage you to be present for the walkthrough portion at the end of the inspection.

Marcus was recommended to us by a friend who was pleased with his work. When we initially ordered the inspection, he contacted us to recommend holding off on a couple of the optional add-on elements because the standard inspection should indicate whether they were actually worth paying for, which was greatly appreciated. He provided a thorough walk-through of his findings in person, as well as a thorough write-up of the results with photos of the relevant items. He also recommended a few local companies to resolve some of the issues he identified; we've used two of those recommendations so far

As first-time home buyers, we were extremely cautious. Marcus Martin was our M. A. Home Inspections representative and he was nothing short of amazing! Even though we were unable to physically be present with him as he completed the inspection, Marcus ensured that we were still informed visually (through an app) and was available to answer our questions in real time. He truly made this process possible and seamless despite the obstacles presented by COVID-19.

Marcus was recommended to us for a condo inspection and he was outstanding! He is extremely knowledgeable about the work he performs, very professional and incredibly responsive (via email, txt and even scheduling a call over the weekend). We are out of town buyers and were not present for the inspection. His report and photos were so detailed, we felt like we were there in person. Marcus Martin really did a great job!! He explained everything and even let us ask anything we wanted home related. He provided great customer service after the inspection too. He helped me figure out what the repairs would be and negotiate a fair price with the sellers of the house we are buying! I would definitely recommend Marcus and MA home inspections to anyone looking for a home inspection.

Marcus was amazing! He works with your schedule to get your inspection in and delivers the report thoroughly and promptly. Our experience with Marcus from MA Home Inspections was FANTASTIC! He was very thorough and took the time to answer any questions we had. We are first time home buyers so naturally we were worried about choosing an inspection company we can trust. Marcus immediately showed us that there was no reason to worry.
