Frank was a great guy and did a very thorough inspection. He took quality pictures and gave great explanations as to why things were against code/ dangerous. He has a drone he used to take some detailed pictures of the damage to the roof. My favorite part of his report were his recommendations on how to fix the problems with quick links for contractors to contact. Frank was very professional in both text messages and on the phone. He responds within seconds. The only reason I’m not giving the full 5 stars is because we couldn’t find a time during the week where we could both walk the property

Frank was truly incredible. My partner and I are first time home buyers, so we were really nervous going into the home inspection. Frank did a really thorough job with the inspection, and more importantly, with his explinations to us on what everything on the inspection meant. Inspections are always scary, but he was able to talk us through all our questions, and we both feel really confident now in what we can fix, and what we should bring someone in to do.
I honestly could not recommend him enough! We are both so excited to get into our home now.

Frank did an excellent job inspecting our new home. During the inspection, he takes photos of the specific "issues" that will be brought up in the report, making it so much easier to follow. The report is incredibly user-friendly and categorizes each issue into severity level. When meeting with Frank, he did a great job explaining the issues found, their level of importance, and how to fix.

Frank did an amazing job inspecting my new home! I was so impressed with the detail of everything and the great pictures and information included in his report. I was also very impressed that he wanted to meet with me at the end of the inspection to go over the results. This was unlike a previous inspection I had before, so I was extremely happy with him doing such a wonderful job. On top of that, he was very nice and personable with great customer service skills. I will recommend to all family and friends who need home inspections!

Frank was the absolute best! So knowledgeable and professional. He was extremely detailed in his notes so if you can not be there during the inspection no worries because Frank will leave no section unturned for you to review. Frank did our inspection for a home we put an offer on. He was so nice and professional. He took the time to explain things as he went. If we saw something ourselves, he made sure to review it himself. After the inspection, he sat with us and thoroughly explained everything and provided feedback on even small things that weren’t a huge issue.
