They took really long to wash and retwist my daughters locs partially because half the time she was diddling away on her phone. Our appt was at 1130am she didn't finish until almost 4pm and thats because i rushed my kid from under the dryer. We got there on time after paying a deposit and strictly being told not to be late, Yet the stylist was still working on another clients hair so we had to wait almost 25mins to start. After all of this we paid $100 for a mediocre job. I could have dont that retwist myself at home in less than 2 hours. It did not look professional at all. I would not book here

I have been going to this salon for years. I had long locs for 18 years and Keisha Alexander was always prompt and professional. The care and styles she did on my hair over the years has been amazing! When I took my locs out and decided to go smaller with microlocs, Keisha and her staff were quick to get me an appointment. My install was quicker than I expected. The atmosphere in the salon feels like home. Even the other clientele is nice. I highly recommend natural Elegance!

I used to hate going to a salons because the wait time was crazy. I started going to Natural Elegance 4 years ago. There is never a wait time and I love it! My stylist Kisha is always courteous and focused on making sure that I remain a satisfied customer. I call it my calm relaxing getaway time. I'm always getting compliments on my dread locs, and I owe it all to Natural Elegance.

I have been going here for over a year to Kisha (the owner). She is the epitome of a Queen of Natural Hair Care. She doesn't just do your hair,
she educates you on maintaining healthy hair as well as providing you with excellent customer service. She was there for me throughout my complete transitioning from permed hair to locks due to thyroid issues. She made a nervous situation a journey I now enjoy!

Kisha Alexander has been my natural hair care specialist for 17 years! When I met her I had a bald spot that wouldn't grow back. Now my hair is healthy and strong.
