My family and I have been going to Dr. Eric and his staff for about 3 years now. He and his staff are always the sweetest people…let’s be real…who likes the dentist…not many people. They always make us feel comfortable, they are personable, you never have to wait for more than 10 minutes. Dr. Eric is more than happy to answer any questions you have. The office is always super duper clean and their technology is very up to date. I highly recommend Dr. Eric and his team!!!!!

I love this place. It took me a while to find a new dentist, its very nerve racking finding a place you trust, but this place is amazing. The entire staff is incredible, from the very nice receptionists to the dental assistants, the dentist, the manager of the office. Everyone was so friendly and patient and nice. I only came for an emergency appointment because of a broken tooth but this is definitely going to be my official long term dentist for as long as I live in this city.

My first visit. Staff were nice and after another dentist told me I had 6 cavities that needed to be filled, was unbelievable because I have faithfully brushed and flossed twice a day. So I went here. I was told I had no cavities. I don't like getting scammed. Its like an auto machanic and when you find an honest one you stick by them.

My compliments to Dr Oh and his staff. I have had three appointments the first for cleaning and xray and the second and third were both to place a Cerecfired Crown. The crowns were handled in one day. Totally painless process was handled quickly and efficiently. I am happy to recommend them to anyone I know..

I continually have great experiences seeing Dr. Oh or their in house specialty surgeon. They somehow actually make you feel calm and confident receiving dental treatment. I appreciate their management as well. They constantly deliver quality customer service. From consultations, follow ups, and debriefing..exceptional standards and great organization from their front end. This will be my main dentistry as long as I'm in the area.

December 2020. I had a great first appointment at this dentist. They were efficient and friendly. I really liked the entire staff. The office is clean and they are taking proper precautions due to Covid. They are willing to work with you in regards to financing your payment. They are located at Arden and Watt near Citibank.

Went in for a cleaning. They said I had ~10 cavities and no one was on staff to do a cleaning. But they could fix all cavities right there on the spot.
Went to my normal dentist, I only had 1.5 cavities. (one was just old filling needed a touch up.)
On top of that, they ran the most expensive x-rays my insurance would cover so now I can't get x-rays for 365 days.
This place is all about milking insurance for money. They tried to charge "extra cleaning" by the quadrant.
What ended up being $90 at my normal dentist (2 cleanings & 2 cavities), they wanted nearly a grand from

I drove a few hours to get seen by doctor oh and his team, I was seated right away and treated like royalty. Lucy ( Doctor Ohs assistant) took my X-rays and was very quick and helpful, I have never had X-rays be so easy. I was able to get my cleaning done on the same visit! I also got a crown all on the same day. You guys are one of a kind, Thank you Dentist of Arden for being so great and friendly !

I don’t usually leave a review but I had to for this office. Dr. Oh was the first one who was able to numb me completely. I am in my 60s and have been to many dentists in the past, but always had an issue when it comes to the numbing part. But it was painless! Had a really good feeling when I first came to this office and glad that I found this one! Will recommend everyone

12/10 highly recommend this dentist i haven't been to the dentist in over 8 years and i was beyond nervous because i knew my teeth were going to need some work.. come to find out i needed a root canal and the procedure has been great, no pain gentle touch everyone in the building is super friendly.. they also have payment plan options which is wonderful. if you're looking for a dentist i highly recommend dentists of arden. Dr. O is great!

Do not schedule if you are a Lupus Patient. The receptionist said I had 3 no call no shows and was unable to book another appointment. I actually called the first time I was unable to make the appointment so they aren't even keepin accurate records. I've gotten estimates on how much work I actually need done to bring my smile back in check. This office just lost around 20k I will be looking for a Black Owned Dental practice to recieve all of the work I need. Clearly they do not work with individuals that have disabilities that are out of their control. Do not support this dental office

I moved to Sacramento a couple months ago and finding new places you can trust is always hard, especially a good dentist. I did some research and stumbled across here and gave it a chance. I called and made an appt for a cleaning, Sara was the one who helped me out and was very helpful.
FRONT OFFICE: I was greeted by Sara at the front desk, BEYOND sweet and friendly. And helped me check in and fill out paperwork. Jessica was also there and equally friendly and helped me with billing as well as sara did. So far good experience.

I have been to see Dr. O twice since this office has opened and was impressed twice. The staff are beyond helpful and the Dental Assistant Lucy was great at making me feel comfortable. I have had numerous bad experiences with dentists in the past and am needless to say, a bit hesitant to go, but Dr. O and Lucy made me feel at home and made the experience actually enjoyable. This was the first time I have been truly numb for a procedure in my life. My cleaning and fillings were both painless, and I cannot wait to go back for my Invisalign in September.

I came to this dental practice for a second opinion. The dentist was very thorough in his explanation of the health of my teeth and my need for follow up care. Their rates seems competitive yet affordable. They are a PPO provider so most of the cost is covered by my insurance. Everyone in the office is kind and professional.

For a brand new office it was very organized. Dr. Oh was wonderful his assistant Charity was terrific. I couldn't say enough about how personable and calm everyone was. Let's be honest going to the dentist isn't the most exciting thing for people to do. I really felt comfortable being there. They have a new customer in me that's for sure and I would recommend this office to anyone in need of a good dentist. Thank you guys!!
