Mr. Ribner is a constitutional tax scholar who has deep-level knowledge and understanding of the Code and the federal tax system. His mastery of the law, the IRS, and the courts gives him an edge over many tax advisors. It is a rare combination not common with tax advisors. I learnt from him and would trust him with "blind eyes" to handle simple or complex tax law issues and all IRS matters. Highly recommends.

I about had a hear attack when I received letters from the IRS stating that we owed them in excess of $350K. My father was my CPA and suffered from a stroke and had dementia and most of his records were destroyed. But Cliff Ribner and Doug Austin (cpa) got it all worked out and when it was all said and done and caught up I received a rebate check from the IRS. Cliff deff knows what to do and was very professional.
