This section is tailored to felony criminal proceedings in Tulsa County although much of the information contained herein is also applicable to felony proceedings in other counties in Oklahoma. After arrest, and charges are filed, the defendant will be given a date to appear in court. This initial court appearance is called the ARRAIGNMENT.
Mr. Cagle successfully argued to preliminary hearing magistrate that the state presented insufficient evidence against his client. Successfully argued to the district judge the preliminary hearing magistrate incorrectly bound our client over on Robbery First Degree. Charges amended to Robbery second Degree.

Mark is an amazing attorney, I was looking at some serious prison time because wrong decisions I made years ago and sentencing requiring 10 years to life for a 3rd felony conviction. I was charged for a Felony DUI which would have automatically placed me into the mandatory sentencing guidelines. Mark was prepared and fought that the charge did not meet the requirements based on how the law was written. The state did not meet those in how the Felony was charged and won. I always felt like I was Mark's only client, (obviously I wasn't) but seriously if you need a lawyer that is passionate

Mark was very friendly, and put in countless hours to assist me with my DUI... He was there from beginning to end, even showed up at Court Dates that were just follow ups where my lawyer was not needed. I highly recommended him if you are looking for an attorney in the Tulsa Area!
