I have moved in to Auberry a week back. My move in experience was good. Thanks specially to Fariba, she really helped us in moving in, if it was not her, we might not have moved in. I would also like to thank Maddy, she is really nice. The leasing office staff are amazing, they listens to your concerns and make sure the issues are taken care of. They always make you feel welcome. After move in, I have had few maintenance issues, that was quickly taken care of. I would recommend this apartment. It is nice and quiet here and we feel, we made a good decision moving in.

I love love love Auberry at Twin Creeks community. The apartments are spacious and nice, the grounds are well kept but I think Ms Fariba, the leasing agent who went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service is the icing on the cake. She's absolutely wonderful, she went out of her way to help me with the application process and answered all my questions. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for an exceptionally good place to live. You won't regret it one bit.

Moved in just 10 days ago. Good people at the office reception. 2 complaints taken care of immediatly. Direct number to call and talk to office to register any issues.Mixed crowd , lovely settings, nice barbecue and swimming pool. A basketball court and car wash/ vacuum is available. There are just 9 blocks , 24 apartments in each block. Less people's, more manageable. Looking forward to a wonderful and peaceful year ahead.
