The building is dirty every single week. Floors, stairs, walls, I don't see people cleaning, either the dogs owners don't help with the cleaning of their animals the pictures can talk by it self. And nobody cares about cleaning the New Lease office not taking care much about the outside areas, they only good and clean is the office. Pls not rent here bad customer as well. Expensive for not having clean areas, everywhere you walk, EVERYWHERE there's POP ...not enough green areas for dogs, not control of the people that live here with pets. People here are nasty nobody pick up the pop from their

Okay so I moved here 3 months ago, I have the A5 floor plan and I pay a base of $1180 (water WAS included but not now)
we recently got new management and I noticed how the treatment was different. I got a feeling and so I decided to check and see if rent changed and what I’m seeing online is for my floor plan the new rent is either approximately $1400 -$1600 (I will be calling tomorrow so I know for sure and can decide on what to do after my lease)
So we’re talking about a 200-400 dollar increase🤯 I think it’s a nice apartment with nice counters and faux wood floors but I don’t agree

Clubhouse is amazing but you can't plan any event there. They are still using covid excuses to completely halt residents from planning any event there. Earlier you could at least use it during office hours...now you can't plan any party there at all. All of these features are part of your rent. It should not be this way.....

Update: Apparently they don't care. They have not fixed any of these issues. I will be moving out end of my lease. Do not rent an apartment here unless you want to live in dirty place.

This is such an amazing apartment complex! The staff is extremely friendly, especially Catherine who has been so welcoming and accommodating. Catherine made me feel at home the minute I walked in the door! I knew this was the place I wanted to be. Warm and friendly atmosphere, great amenities, safe area, close to everything, and so much more!

This is an excellent place to live in Allen! The staff is friendly, helpful, and available at convenient hours. The maintenance crew is attentive, professional, and timely. Payment for rent is easy and simple. The apartment layouts are much roomier than you first see, especially in terms of cabinet/college space.
Bottom line, this is an outstanding place to live!

Seriously, stay away from TWIN CREEKS CROSSING APTs! As another reviewer mentioned, they will definitely TRY to get every nickel back for concessions at the end of your lease term! My husband and I left our apt… N220 SPOTLESS!!! We accidentally left a plant, a broom and literally like 4 CLEAN dishes inside of the dishwasher and these people sent us a final move out bill for over $600!!! And wait, included in this bizarre tab is $381 to replace both carpets in the 2 bedrooms because of alleged PET STAINS!!!! 🗣THERE HAS NEVER EVEN BEEN A PET INSIDE OF THAT APT WHILE WE LIVED THERE

At this time, I would have to recommend finding a different place to live. I've been in my apartment 2 days and I've reached my boiling point. While the staff is very friendly, internal communication seems to be non existent. The unit I moved into had been vacant for at least 3 weeks and was not ready when I moved in. It was dirty, missing the… master bedroom door which will take 2 weeks to get, sink clogged, missing light covers, broken ice maker (to be fair I may just be an idiot on this one and not know how to work it), and they double leased the garage and carports I was supposed to

Yvonne, leasing manager, responded to me first thing the following day. She was professional, cordial and is such a wonderful person. I’ve only dealt with Yvonne and Crystal at this time and they are exceptional. My place… is gorgeous, community is sparking clean, modern amenities and unbeatable location.
I’m thrilled with my new place and couldn’t have asked for anything more. My pets seem happier and our morning walks are now longer since there
