Love living here, it is very quite, peaceful and the grounds are well kept. For an older property it has been well maintained. The office staff is nice, depending on who you talk to. The maintenance is very prompt but you have to request that they wear shoe coverings and a mask. The reason I give it only 3 stars is first impressions are the most important. My apartment was not professionally cleaned, including the carpet, so I had to delay my move in until the next morning. So other than that snafu all is good.

I've been a resident of the Waterford Place Apartments since 2012. Every year, there is a change of management & every year, their customer service is on a steady decline. On Tuesday, March 31 2015, I woke up to literally THOUSANDS of termites flying, chilling, and having a good ol time in my apartment. After running and falling and running and falling trying to escape this warzone, I made it to the leasing office where I spoke with the leasing office about the infestation at my apartment. They down-played it until I showed them the video of all the termites. Nothing was done about it
