Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events. We can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing. At PHC Mental Health Counseling Services, we are proud to be a provider for the Camaraderie Foundation, an organization that provides veterans funding.
Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through counseling and treatment, we are able to help you recover the motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life. At PHC Mental Health Counseling Services, we provide mental health counseling in Winter Park near Orlando.
As a parent, it's critical to recognize when your child's outbursts of disobedience and frustration are not the typical symptoms of childhood. Sometimes, persistent patterns of defiance, anger, and vindictiveness against those in authority indicate your child has an oppositional defiant disorder or ODD.
Today, many people recognize that each person has a gender identity and sexual orientation. Gender identity is separate from biological sex and is, instead, your internal sense of being male, female, neither, or both. Sexual orientation refers to whom you are physically or romantically attracted to.
