We started renting our office space in August 2018 and the Maverick Team has made the process of moving-in and adapting their lease to our terms, very simple. Travis B. and Lisa R. have always made themselves available when questions or issued occurred and we really enjoyed their efforts to meet our needs during the year and a half that we spent there.
We’re now moving-on to a new area of Texas but thanks for your help and to any new tenants, this is a great place to lease an office space from.

In 2016 we leased a space from Maverick commercial real estate in Richardson Texas. we wanted a three-year lease but the owner was unwilling to do anything less than 5 years. we agreed to The Five-Year lease with the understanding that after 32 months of paid rent without being late we could exit the lease by paying a $50,000 personal guarantee.
During the first 3 years the service was terrible, we had a skunk living under the building, leaky windows, shoddy construction inside and a cracked foundation. management was unresponsive to our needs most of the time.
In addition we were over charged

Beware of Maverick commercial real estate. Make sure you get a lawyer to review your lease before signing. their leases are very one-sided and will deprive you of any recourse should you have any problems in the future.
do not allow them to take away your right to a jury trial. beware of personal guarantees.
