I have had business contacts with this company in finding a store space for my small business. Julian Benson of this company recommended some commercial properties for lease to me now and then in these days. Recent incidents I experienced with them deserve a review on this company for general consumers’ reference.
Recently Benson recommended a store space to me. I looked at it and had some discussions with him, who then communicated back and forth with landlord’s agent or landlord and me. Then I went through all steps Julian wanted me to, up to giving cashier’s checks and signing a lease

My dad likes to invest into some small properties. He thinks that small properties are easy to manage. He has been working with Alfred to purchase stand-alone buildings and small strips since I was in middle school. After having two kids, I started to think about getting into real estate investment. My dad told me to go to Alfred, “You can’t go wrong with that guy”. Alfred is very knowledgeable and professional. I just closed a deal with him. He is a one stop shop.
