Called Ana with an issue at my place, she was kind and easy to talk to. Solved my issue within minutes.

Very unprofessional. I called to ask about the landscaping schedule of one of their properties, as I live next door and it wakes me up in the early mornings on the weekends with leaf blowers, lawn mowers, etc. I asked nicely and was just hoping to get a schedule so I could plan around the noise, but the lady on the phone was extremely rude and insulted me. She said it's not her responsibility to worry about the neighbors, that I shouldn't expect her to change anything (I didn't ask her to), and said if I had money I would be able to buy place that's quieter instead of renting. These are 1/2 million

The do not understand the basic need for handicap access to a second floor of a building they manage. They are not Title III ADA compliant and evidently do not care
