Our home experienced a backup issue with our master toilet, shower and our secondary toilet in our living room. As homeowners, we are very hands-on and typically fix things ourselves but even with our 50-ft consumer power snake we weren't able to shake the clog. I called Blackmon plumbing mid-day (about 12:30 pm) in hopes to being squeezed into the schedule but knew it was not likely but wanted to be hopeful. Laurie answered promptly and was very helpful and offered to consult the owner on options since their schedule was booked up for the day. They called back a bit later with a last minute cancellation

The folks at Blackmon have a customer first attitude. They do what they say and say what they do. Michael came by after the job was completed to double check that all is well. 5 plus stars are earned and their business deserves to be the first you call.
