I rent an apartment in the same apartment complex and they manage the apartment above me for three months there tents have been extremely loud they have 3 small children in a upstairs apartment very intelligence on the renter from century 21 they dont care because i called and ask if they could speak with them on there extremely excessive loud stomping but it has done nothing but gotten worse so if you do business with them there only in it for the money and not there reputation so i hope this helps shed some light on how they do things

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
Owner Dan Gullahorn unresponsive when we had an issue with one of his agents and one of our deals. Lost money out of pocket. Still waiting for a proper response. Emailed him 3 weeks ago. Nothing. Disappointing. I would not recommend this business and its broker/agents

10/10 would not RECOMMEND
Jane is rude and is usually on about a two or more week response time unless you send multiple emails at once.
Also their pet deposit rule is S&*! it doesn't protect the owner of the home renting it out to anyone. They take a 300 dollar deposit from tenant and when the owner renting the home decides to go with a different realtor company they decide they just keep it for themselves.
Again 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND - renting from them or listing your house through them. They seem like the type of realtors who ask you for everything last minute.
