The General Manager, looks sloppy like Shaggy from Scoobie Doo and is a crazed gun nut that would threaten employees, "he wanted to shoot someone".
The Production Manager, Justin, is a very effective liar and former drug addict.
He talks as if he cares, but uses the same lame excuses as to why jobs continually get screwed up. Beware!
