I called on Wednesday to have my HP laserjet 3600 repaired. The gentleman was very courteous and asked if I wanted to bring the printer that afternoon. It's a small shop with tons of printers around. The printer repairs were complete to my satisfaction and was able to pick it up on my desired day. The prices are reasonable. I'd return should I need additional repairs in the future.

I took an ASUS computer that was not working at all. It fell to the floor and the hard drive broke. I first went to Best Buy were I'd bought the computer and the Geek Squad people were not helpful at all, because they didn't fix hardware issues. Then I called a 'technician' that came home, charged me a lot for an inspection of the computer and was not able to even figure out what was the problem. I run into HPC thanks to the yellow pages and thanks to speaking to the manager who was helpful and professional from the beginning. He said he could fix it and he did and the computer works perfect now

We have our Printers and Computer serviced by HPC computers for many years. In our experience and opinion they are the best in our local area. Simply put, COURTEOUS, FAST AND VERY RELIABLE. The Non-Warranty charges are totally reasonable.
We will be using them all the time and we recommend them to any one that has the Warranty or Non Warranty Printers and Computers.

I've been having major issues on my laptop since switching to Windows 10 -- pages taking a long time loading, sometimes not loading at all, Shockwave flash keeps crashing and Internet dropping in and out. I dropped it off for repair and since it came back, it is a world of a difference. Great cleanup job, no loss of files and speedy service. Highly recommend this great local shop.

I took an HP LaserJet 4250N printer and HP DesignJet 500 printer for service for the small business I own. We were amaze that both of the printers were fixed in a day's time and ready for pickup the next day. That greatly helped us to be back in business. Overall: excellent service with reasonable prices. Will use again if needed.
