Once you have Placed / paid for the Order, you will receive, by email, an order Confirmation, along with your Receipt, your Order ID. DISC - CD / DVD / USB drive, Orders over $200+, a prepaid / Free UPS ground mailing Label (paid by Abet Disc) will be Emailed to you, Print the label; Insert a Copy of your Master into an envelope and attach the label (master-disc will not be returned); Drop the package at Any UPS location Near You.

Have been using Abet Disc for years and they are always able to help out with my small orders for DVD duplication. They recently assisted with an order that required editing one clip from a disc and a second clip from another project and created a new promo DVD with excellent quality, quick turnaround and very reasonable pricing. They treated my small order as if it was a large high end job. They added a menu and quality lettering on the disc for a very professional end product

These folks are shady. They care about upselling and money, not people, not artists, nor creatives.
ABET disc makes you pay first (after their quote for what you want - big mistake on my end), then they tell you what they need and check out if you have the proper formatting - this all takes time, precious time. We had plenty of margin, until this process took about 2-3 business days, by which time, we needed the discs to be rushed one business day. They told me it was a $250 rush fee. Dang. I tried calling and calling to

Follow up notes: I tried to give this vendor another chance, asking for a quote to reprint the order. I admitted to making a mistake on my artwork. I asked that he be more carefully on the printing next time as far as folding and cutting, etc. I wasn't asking for a refund even though I feel he should stand behind the quality of his work. I try to give my clients the best possible product. That's why they come back to me. The samples he sent me before my first order looked much better than what I received. I believe in giving people a second chance. We all make mistakes. But

If I could give Abet Disc zero stars, I would. I chose to purchase business card printing services from them and paid for the cards in order to receive an Order # that was required to upload my designs. After uploading, I received an electronic proof from them that was severely off centered.
They emailed me their template, and I changed the design to fit it. I ended up having to upload my artwork a total of 3 times, and they still rejected it. They offered to provide me with additional proofs at an extra cost, which was fine; however, the cost of an additional proof was half the cost of the entire
