Services
When it comes to your final arrangements, shouldn't you make the decisions? The arrangements you make will reflect your exact wishes and desires. Pre-arranging your own service will help to ease the burden on your loved ones. It will also alleviate any questions, problems or differences, which can occur among family members.
Meaningful memorialization of a loved one's passing can transform, heal, and comfort us. It highlights our loved ones' sacrifices, reminds us of the things that they value, and inspires us with their life stories. Having the discussion now will give important insights to the people they left behind - insights that can be used to honor and remember the lives of their loved ones.
We know that today's consumer has many choices and a variety of ways to obtain information. Transparency is very important to us. We are committed to providing clear and concise information, whether online, over the phone, or in person. We recognize that understanding available options as well as cost is important for every family.
To thank all of our veterans for their service to our country, we gladly extend a 10% discount on our services and merchandise, for purchases made before the time of need. The basic Military Funeral Honors (MFH) ceremony consists of the folding and presentation of the United States flag to the veterans' family and the playing of Taps.
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) furnishes upon request, at no charge to the applicant, a Government headstone or marker for the unmarked grave of any deceased eligible veteran in any cemetery around the world, regardless of their date of death. When the grave is already marked, applicants will have the option to apply for either a traditional headstone, marker, or medallion.

Megan was the most outstanding thing that ever happened to the funeral industry. She was direct when needed with the confusion with family. She was professional. She bent over backwards and jumped through every hoop. I know at one point she was the only employee running the entire show, Covid work shortages hit the funeral industry. My brother has been buried here for 20 years. They have taken care of our every tiny wish and concern for the last 20 years. The visitation and graveside services were perfect in every way. Whatever Megan’s compensation, it needs to be doubled. Thank you for honoring

I can’t put into words how pleased I was with every interaction with Longview Funeral and Cemetery. I was not prepared for the death of my son and not prepared to plan a funeral during Covid-19. Megan and the staff were professional and very caring. Everything went better than imagined and I am comforted during this difficult time. I highly recommend Longview for funeral and burial needs.

Here's what I love about this incredible place... Everything. My brother has been buried here, sadly for years. Every time we call or have any issue, they promptly reply with empathy, compassion and care.
The grounds are maintained.
There is a quiet elegance, an old country cemetery feel which gives us quiet time to reflect while we pay respects to our loved ones.
I just called for an appointment with Steve, he made himself available to me for the rest of the afternoon.
There's nothing good or Grande or happy about a funeral or a burial. These folks and this location make it just a little more

This past weekend we had my mother's memorial service at Longview Funeral Home and Cemetery. They are a great facility with a great staff. KatyBeth was our funeral director and she was very accommodating and did a fantastic job allowing us to really represent our mother's spirit at her service. Wonderful experience, during a really tough time. ❤️
