I rented a condo through Sage Property Management beginning in 2015 for 6 years. Everyone in the office has always been very professional and prompt to respond and handle any concerns I have had. I am grateful for such a positive experience. We dealt with Jon at Sage Property Management. He was very personable, helpful and Knowledgeable.
We will certainly return to him for any rental management needs we may have in Scottsdale in the future. Sage has managed our 2 properties in Phoenix for over 10 years. I wanted to share my experience with Jon Carlson at Sage Property Management. Jon was recommended to me by a broker in Phoenix earlier this year. I found Jon to be very responsive and patient during our first phone call. He was clearly knowledgeable about his industry and current market dynamics. We agreed to meet at Brick Commons so he could view the condo and provide an estimate on the cost to prepare the unit as a rental.

This Team is terrific. They have been managing our units for almost 2 years. We had our first "emergency" and of course it was after hours - AND on a weekend. They have a staff on call at all times. The problem was addressed and fixed in less than 24 hours. We are an out-of-state owner and need a Team like this that works for us and the Tenants. It's worth the minimal higher cost when compared to other management companies. Highly recommend them.

Highly recommend Sage Property Management! My husband and I lived in a property managed by them for 4 years and they were absolutely wonderful! We only moved out due to an out-of-state move.
They made it easy to love the place we called home. They took the time to know us, they were responsive to our requests and handled in a timely matter, all while being accommodating to our schedules.
We truly were bummed moving out because they are so awesome!
