I have been calling around for hours to have someone come fix an emergency plumbing situation. While I already had somebody scheduled for tonight, I informed Joe of this and said if he could come out earlier I'd like him to do the work as I needed someone asap.
I was told "I don't play that game" and to "stick with your other guy". Sure, I'll stick with the other guy, and I advise others to go with the other guy too. Thanks Joe, I appreciate the recommendation to take my business elsewhere.

I had a backed up kitchen sink and the water started flooding the floor and bedroom. I called them Sunday night and they came out first thing Monday morning. Solutions Plus Plumbing said that the water should not be leaking out like that and sure enough he found that the 3 inch screw in the clean out was now less than an inch because gases had eaten it away after 20 years and started leaking. He diagnosed the issue and fixed everything within an hour. Amazing work and they didn't charge me an arm and a leg. So happy with the service and will recommend this company to everyone I know. :)

Tom and his crew did an excellent job. They were punctual, professional, and prepared. It was a pleasure doing business with them and discussing all the design decisions necessary during a project. They advised me on tile and grout selection and placement options. The final result is much better due to his guidance. I am very pleased with the result! Highly recommend.
