At Mills Creek Animal Hospital, our focus is to provide exceptional Fear Free care for our patients, and excellent customer service to our clients. When you place your trust in our team, that motivates us to continuously set our standards higher. There's nothing we love more than caring for people and their pets like family, and giving them the experience they deserve here at our practice.
Use our appointment request form to book your pet's appointment online. Just take a few minutes to fill out all the required fields provided, choose your preferred date and time, and send the form on to our team. Please give us at least 24 hours to receive your request and get back to you to confirm or reschedule your appointment.
For unexpected medical costs, we have arrangements with CareCredit, Scratchpay, and ApplePay to help pet owners cover their pets' medical bills. You can apply to any of these programs at any time. Another option to help pet owners manage veterinary bills, pet insurance has many different providers offering a variety of plans to suit certain needs and budgets.
Your pet's complete, ongoing health is our highest priority here at Mills Creek Animal Hospital. From their very first visit and for every year thereafter, our aim is to establish a health baseline and provide your pet with the routine care they need to maintain their wellness. Dogs and cats age about 5-6 years for one human year, which means health changes can happen quickly, too.
A booster shot is one of the first things your puppy or kitten will need when they visit us for the first time. Vaccines will continue to play a major role in protecting them from diseases as they grow older, but to properly build their immunity, it's best to start when they are 6-8 weeks old.

We have had nothing but excellent experiences at Mills Creek. They have taken excellent care of both our cats and dog. The value of the services that they offer is great. They have been great during COVID too. My husband gets his works calls done while waiting for our pets to be seen. He loves the efficiency of curbside! We love taking our pets here.

My fur baby, Dexter, has had a lot of issues lately. MCAH has taken amazing care of him and made sure he has everything he needs. They are very responsive, whether it be via email or phone. MCAH gives individualized attention to every pet and makes them (and their owners) feel important and valued. I trust MCAH with my animals’ lives.

We switched our dog here from a previous vet and we will not be returning. Our large dogs rabies paperwork had him marked as less than 25lbs, my husband asked a question regarding our dogs paws and instead of answering the question, the dr made a dig about pure bred dogs (which ours is not but it was assumed that he was...), not overly kind at all. We treat our pets like family and didn’t get the warm and fuzzies from this vet unfortunately. We won’t be back.

This is the best vet I have ever been to. All of the Doctors and the entire front office staff were extremely kind, very quick, and helpful. I traveled all the way from Rock Hill, SC, to Concord to go to this veterinarian office. I just moved, and they sent me Cali's medical records to her new vet in under 5 minutes. They have very affordable Groupons online for vaccinations. That is how I found this office. They truly care, and I think they don't try to charge you for procedures your pet doesn't need.

Convenience and Quality are the name of the game. This is the cleanest veterinary hospital that I've been to. Dr. Wright is so in-tune to what your pets need, and all of the staff that I encountered were very kind. I love that they have an entrance for dogs and cats exclusively. I'm learning more about Fear-Free, and this place does such a great job of it. Plenty of parking available, right next to Camp Bow Wow, near to Concord Mills. Glad to be able to call this place home for my pets. Highly recommend.

Hands down the best vet in the area! I had been taking my 4 legged baby to another local vet and was just not happy with the service they were giving her. It felt like they labeled her a "bad kitty" and didn't want to be bothered with her unless she was HIGHLY sedated. She really isn't that bad.... Well after 4 or 5 different vet visits with my baby bleeding when trying to use the litter box over the last couple of years and switching foods and everything I decided I needed to try some place new. I called up and they got me in the same day! They were so sweet to my baby girl
