Albert and Carissa did a great job selling a two family house for me in Somerville. We discussed various options regarding renting as is, renovating to rent or sell, or sell as is. Albert has an exceptional understanding of the local market from both the seller and buyer's perspective. The house was presented perfectly on line both through a drone video and numerous professional photos. Albert was always willing to go the extra mile to do what was needed to get the house sold. Albert was fantastic, as well as his wonderful wife Carissa, who did the marketing. He communicated frequently , always keeping me informed. He is extremely professional, but very “ down to earth” to work with. He sold our house in less than a week. We just sold our Brookline condo with the help of Branch Out Realty. We want to thank Albert and Carissa for the outstanding service they provided us with. Carissa and Albert were a dream to work with. Warm, gracious and extremely knowledgeable, they took care of a hundred different details so we didn't have to--from hiring a staging company to arranging for minor repairs to recommending a terrific attorney to close the sale. Their savvy pricing strategy got us multiple offers and the condo sold for more than we ever thought possible. All in all, what might have been quite a challenging process ended up being smooth and effortless from our perspective.
