The beautiful mountains rolling down into the Samana bay that makes up the city of Sanchez offered an idyllic backdrop for the would-be grandmaster's youth. Fruit trees and fresh seafood from the local fishermen made sure he was never hungry, and the mountains and the ocean offered plenty of places to find adventure.

Usually, the images that come to mind when it comes to Chinese martial arts are acrobatic forms, somersaults, extraordinary movements, etc. However, this is not the case for Wing Chun. Wing Chun was developed to be simple, effective and efficient. Thus, any movement considered unnecessary and complicated is not part of this system.

I've taken other martial arts over the years but never really felt the connection like I do here at Zen Wing Chun. Everyone is down to earth. No ego. It's like being a part of a really cool family. I find the Wing Chun system to be the most comprehensive. It's definitely something you can integrate into all aspects of your life. Sifus Kyle and Ted are fantastic teachers! Highly recommend!

Sifus are highly skilled at Authentic Wing Chun Kung Fu with direct lineage in teachings from Ip Man. Sifus are very genuine and really want you to learn Wing Chun Kung Fu instead of being taught because there is a difference. I am so happy that I have finally been able to practice with Sifus after wanting to for a long time and my schedule finally aligned. I drive 30 minutes every Monday and Wednesday to train with Sifus because they are great and I love Wing Chun Kung Fu. Sifus make learning Wing Chun Kung Fu an amazing experience and skills you will have for life. Highly recommend training with

Wing Chun Kung Fu has changed my life for the better. Sometimes I regret that I didn't begin it earlier, but I'm glad that when I decided to start it I've joined the right school. Zen Wing Chun is the best home to practice authentic and traditional Wing Chun. Sifus are highly skilled and are nice people! Here, besides good training, you find people from different walks of life and make friends. I highly recommend!
