The fundamental program is designed for anyone, male or female, of any body type, or age. The class quickly prepares students for Alliance's world renown advanced class, and gives students a sturdy base of knowledge that they will put to practice throughout their jiu jitsu study.

With a strong focus on self-defense, Alliance's fundamental class incorporates the same jiu jitsu first taught at the original Gracie academy in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil during the 1960's.The class is designed to prepare students for both self-defense, and sport jiu jitsu while at the same time improving cardiovascular endurance, balance, and coordination.

Capoeira is a martial art that combines elements of fight, acrobatics, music, dance and rituals in a very elegant and magnetic way. Performed by two people, it is often called "Capoeira game" that is played, not a fight. Capoeira is always played with a smile on face symbolizing that the capoeiristas are not afraid from the danger that is coming.

This class is open to any gender or athletic ability, you will learn real-life practical self defense to protect and possibly save your life. Krav Maga was initially created for self-defense purposes. It originated from Czechoslovakia in the 1930's by Imi Lichtenfeld, primarily for protecting his people from attacks in Pre-World War II Europe.

Alliance Boca Raton had some big wins in the White Belt Division at the New Breed Challenge! Congratulations to Murilo and Jehad for their Gold Medals in Gi and NoGi respectively. It's always great when students take what they learn and apply it in competition, we couldn't be prouder, way to go guys!

We are proud to announce that Alliance Jiu-Jitsu has just won the Worlds 2019 championship! After a two-year hiatus, Alliance returned to the top of the podium at the 2019 IBJJF World Championship. This was the 12th team title for Alliance in the men's division at Worlds. They came back in a big way with 120 points, 35 points ahead of second place Atos.
