Doctor Baker and his team are fast, friendly, and do quality work. They use an iPad for streamline checking in. They quickly cover parking cost by validating. I feel well taken care of being offered water between treatment, and clear explanation of procedures.
Heads up they have an open floor plan and you can hear procedures and conversations nearby.
I would recommend Doctor Baker to friendly and family.

Dentists are very professional, that's why I still gave 4 stars, otherwise wish it could have been 1 star for the front desk. I had been having good experiences except last time.
The front desk sometimes appear less professional about fees and coverages. Most of the time they are good but this particular time (happened in July) I am not sure what's going on with their professionalism:

I can not say THANK YOU enough to Dr. Phan and her team (Shannon and Amber are fantastic), and the office of Theron Baker (Jessica you rock)! I was able to be seen next day as an emergency appt, following a horrendous dentist visit at my now former dentist office that lasted 5 hours, entirely with a new dentist who replaced the one I had been seeing, but had left. After 5 hours, not a single thing was completed, for routine work, and in addition, was treated unprofessionally being made to feel it was my fault for the length of time- "my bite needs to be corrected, teeth are in the wrong place

It is difficult to find the words to sufficiently describe the highest standards of care I received from Dr. Baker and his assistant Jamaal. After a traumatic fall when visiting Seattle for a few days, Dr. Baker saw me early in the a.m. on his day off, and made me two beautiful crowns. The amazing Jamaal expertly matched the translucency and color of the teeth to my existing teeth. There is NO perceptible difference. They accomplished all of this in time for me to catch my early afternoon flight. I will be forever grateful to them for their skill, professionalism and kindness.

I appreciated that Dr. Baker uses the latest technologies. This makes the experience more accurate, easier, healthier and faster. The 3D scan of my teeth produced the mathematical geometry calculations to create a new crown with high speed water in about 4 minutes. The speed and accuracy reduces infections. Everyone in the office was professional.

All elements of this organization are super impressive. First there's Jessica in billing. I have a Workmans comp case in Alaska which is pretty complicated but she knew the ends and outs to make it work here in Seattle.
My dental assistant Myko was very amiable and a pleasure to have idle conversation with.
The ladies at the front desk were very professional and courteous.
The shading gentleman was also quite pleasant, and good at his job.

I just recently relocated to Seattle as well and I will say that I have found my dentist office here in Seattle the staff was super friendly and helpful! I visited Dr. Theron’s office for emergent dental care to replace a cracked crown. After googling same day crown restorations, Dr. Theron came highly recommended as one of Seattle’s top dentists.
Not only was the office able to accommodate my urgent request to replace my crown prior to orchestrating a move out of state; but after receiving my new crown, I was so impressed with their ability to replace the original crown in under 4 hours that they offered to fit me in the same afternoon to replace another crown on the adjacent canine to match my newly fitted restoration.

This group is like one big family, collectively working to make sure each patient's experience is seamless. From the front desk to the dental staff, everyone was so pleasant from start to finish. Dr. Phan, Myko, Allante,Jessica, Maritza and the rest of the team did an amazing job to make sure all my needs were met and did great dental work.
I had a challenging time figuring out my bite after cleaning and dental work and they took the time to make sure that I didn't leave the office without getting my concerns resolved.
They were very welcoming of the recommendations that I made and I left the office feeling like I was truly valued as a customer.

I recently switched my dentist to Dr. Phan and went in yesterday for the first time. It was by far the best dental experience I've had in my 29 years of life. I walked into the lobby and was asked to fill out a comprehensive health history survey on an iPad which I thought was really neat. Then I was walked back and was seen by hygienist Shawna who ended up being incredible. She was very thorough and explained everything she was doing to make me comfortable, but she also had great conversation and was so easy to talk to. Dr. Phan came to check in and did a wonderful job at making me feel welcome
