Dr. Azary has the expert touch, very skilled and looks out for my comfort and moves quickly. Twice I have had a dental procedure beyond cleaning that went flawlessly. Erin assisted and is very sharp and skilled as well. Oriannys v. helpful at front desk. Happy and will keep coming back.

Special shout out to everyone who’s worked with me over the past couple weeks: Oriannys, Jackie, Erin, and Dr. Azary. Turns out I need considerable dental work done after not seeing a dentist in 4 years, but I was never made to feel bad about that. Sole focus has been placed on my treatment and management plans moving forward in the most comprehensive and cost-effective means possible. I’ve felt free to ask (many lol) questions regarding my treatment, which has been especially helpful with regard to the fact that I’m totally new to private insurance and, really, dental work in general. I hate leaving this review because the hygienist I was seeing was great. I got pressured into scheduling a surgery that I went and got a second opinion for, the surgery was not warranted and they wanted to put me under. When I stated that I wanted a hospital based referral, I had an awful experience where the person over the phone was berating me and telling me how they already ran it through my insurance. I never got that referral despite being promised I'd get one. When they called to schedule a cleaning, I explained what happened and the person over the phone was dismissive and rude, and

I've been going there for 4+ years. Staff is super friendly, they always remind you about your appointments, and doctors are friendly and helpful. I've been constantly going to Nina (dental hygienist). She's amazing and not only takes care of my teeth but also suggests healthy habits for me to practice daily. I'll keep going to Nina as she's the best at what she does!

I had a great experience at this office! Came in as a new patient, everyone was very welcoming and they addressed all of my concerns and I left with all of my questions answered. My hygienist was Nina and she did an amazing job - very thorough and most importantly, very gentle. I would highly recommend coming here!

I have been seeing this office for the last three years, although they have gone through some changes I have always had an amazing experience with them. Everything from appointments to taking the extra time to answer questions and billing. Oriana is a gem and super helpful. Highly recommend.

It started out bad from the start with a hygienist who was the absolute worst at x-rays I ever dealt with. Jammed it in my mouth super hard. I have a small mouth. It was too big and hurting me first from the force from shoving it in there and extremely hard to bite down on without hurting a lot. I had tears down my eyes at one point. Hygienist acted oblivious.Never had that problem before. It's always a little uncomfortable, but that was downright painful. Then they told me they have a better x-ray system, that I stood up in, but no forewarning of the extra cost! Two visits later they are

I absolutely love all the staff here and would recommend any one of them. From the front desk girls to the hygienists and Dr.'s in back. I've had an awesome experience in my MANY visits. I walk out with a smile (numb or not) every time & and will continue to trust them with my cleanings & procedures.

With many dental offices available in the area, I recommend this clinic be avoided until wayward billing practices cease. I intend to stand up for myself which will cause severe anxiety and take several hours/days of my time. And I have a perfect credit rating but who knows what the management of this office will do to me -- a long time and loyal customer. I have been a long-time patient at this dental clinic (many years) because the dentists and dental assistants are superb. But something has gone terribly wrong with their billing practices. In my case, days before a most recent elective procedure

I was a customer here for a few years, and recently changed dentists due to aggressive and hostile billing practices. My insurance company has negotiated rates for specific services - and this office tries to bill me in excess of those rates. The billing representative is quite rude and argumentative, and claims not to have a full record of explanation of benefits in her system, which to me shows sloppy record keeping . I've wasted more time working on this than I should have. If you go here, make sure you are billed correctly.

Moved to Washington a couple years ago and was sad to leave my dentist back home. Thankfully through a friend found this lovely place. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming! Dr. Commons was very helpful in getting a dental plan set up for my boyfriend, who will have to have some more work done later this year. I like the early morning appointments for which they are very flexible given enough advance. Plus there is almost always lots of parking, and in Seattle it always seems to be a headache. If your looking for a new dentist and someone who you can trust, don't look anywhere else!

Love this dentist. Been coming here since I moved to Seattle four years ago. They're always very accommodating with appointments and are timely when you get there. Not to mention, they do a great job. I had a family emergency pop up that I missed an appointment for and they were very understanding of my situation and waived the fee. :) thanks guys!

Been a customer since 2012....Dr goldwire was the best dentist in this office and she left a few years ago, I've tried staying with these guys and the customer support loses quality year over year but today my loyalty/business was not considered so I am ready to choose another dentist in the area.

To back the customer service point: One of their technicians scraped off a piece of my molar last year and pinched my gums so hard they bled DURING A ROUTINE CLEANING and they downplayed it and did nothing about the molar. Also it takes two two week to get a crown when some places give you the

If you have a complex issue, look elsewhere!

If you want anything beyond general cleaning, this is not the right place as both their doctors and staff can only handle simple cases.

Staff:
- Gets frustrated if you need to reschedule.
- Promised to tell me my insurance coverage before a complex procedure which they couldn't figure out in time. They also needed to decide if they will do two procedures or one. I had to cancel my appointment on the day of the procedure as I had no idea what was happening, how long will it take (I need to take time off work) and how much I will be paying. Now

Update: I got a second opinion from another dentist. They advised that I should get one filling, instead of the four plus fixing an old one SeattleScape said I needed. This new dentist also coded it as a 2-surface filling (which made sense when they showed me the spot in question on x-rays), as opposed to all 4-surface (re: more expensive) fillings that Seattlescape somehow decided I'd needed.

Considering a 4-surface filling would mean a filling covering my entire tooth, and I never have anything bigger than pin-hole cavities (or fixing old fillings), well, let's just say I'm incredibly

In the five years that I have had dental coverage in Washington State, I've never had to pay anything out of pocket for my biannual teeth cleaning and x-rays. SeattleScape Smiles decided to perform a service, "FM radiographs," without informing me that I would be responsible for an almost $100 cost and I only found out a few weeks later through the Explanation of Benefits (which is not a bill but I know I'm going to see a bill later).

Secondly, they informed me at the end of my appointment that I would need two fillings and they "proposed" that it would cost me about

The hygienist was very nice and friendly and tried to make my visit as enjoyable as going to the dentist can be (even though it seemed like she was still in training). The facility is not up to date with the latest technology and their equipment appeared to need some upgrades. The xray machines were causing issues and they don't even have a suction cup for you to spit out the residue and blood in your mouth.

I came for a routine cleaning but they ended up telling me that I had some cavities which was shocking because I've had pretty good oral hygiene and have not had a cavity in years

I'm so glad I started coming here!

I had been going to my previous dentist for a long while and just assumed it was like all others. After changing insurance, I decided to try out SeattleScape Smiles after being referred by a friend. I could not have been more happy with that decision.

Kelsey and Jacky at the front desk are so nice and helpful.

Dr. Goldwire, the hygienists and assistants are friendly, thorough, explain things well and are happy to answer questions - and in "plain English". They found where my previous dentist had done a less than stellar job on some restorations
