Originally from Spokane, Dr. Tseng has lived in Seattle for over 20 years. After earning her bachelor's degree at the University of Washington, she attended the prestigious UW School of Dentistry, where she completed her doctor of dental surgery (DDS) degree.
Dr. Tseng understands the importance of keeping pace with the rapidly evolving dental field, so she participates regularly in continuing education courses and is a member of the Spear Interdisciplinary Study Club.She takes time to consult with dental specialists to ensure that she is providing the highest standard of care possible for her patients.

What a trip. The only problem about this place is that it doesn't have 5 stars. I've only had my first visit, but boy was it a very friendly, welcoming experience. I for one am someone who (hot take) actually enjoys going to the dentist. It's kinda like finally getting a massage and paying someone to fix all your lazy and bad behaviors. So baseline, this place is great because it totally accomplished that. What makes this business a 5 star business is the people. I went to this dentist because she was recommended, so I don't know if she was having a bad day or what, but honestly, I don't care. You should never ask your patient, while they are there sitting in the chair and have explained they haven't been able to see a dentist because of fear and anxiety and depression, " Do you want your teeth?!" I knew I had a lot of work to be done. That's why I was there. I had finally gotten myself to go. Pushed myself to make the appt and actually walk thru the door. And she blew it. Apparently, This is not a dentist who cares about patients

Cindy's dentist office is the best one I have ever visited. All the staff is friendly and great at what they do, so it makes my visit very enjoyable. Despite moving out of downtown, my wife and I still make the drive into the city for our dentist appointments.

To summarize, this is the worst dentist I have ever been too. She didn't know how to fix a difficult cavity and told me I had no choice but to have the tooth pulled, but another dentist fixed it for me just fine, and affordably. She told me I needed an invasive cleaning procedure, but the other dentist fixed the issue with a only a regular cleaning and allowing me time to improve my habits.

I can't say enough about how nice this office is and everyone in it! I had to have some serious dental work done 3 weeks after moving to Seattle. I initially called to see if they were taking new patients and I was seen same day!
I had my crowns done and on the follow up the reception noted that insurance didn't cover as much as they thought and I owed more. They were great about offering an option to pay it down and were transparent through the whole billing process.
During check out, again by stroke of luck I needed a cleaning and they had an opening 10 minutes later.

Having recently moved to Seattle, I setup an introductory visit at Dr. Tseng's office. From the get-go, the whole team was extremely friendly and informative, making me feel welcome as a new patient.
The visit started with xrays and photos, documenting all the usual to-do's when you switch dental offices. I found my hygienist, Erin, to be easy-going and knowledgeable. Thanks, Erin!
After a standard cleaning, Dr. Tseng did a final sweep and helped answer any questions I had. She had great energy and it felt like she really valued my presence there.

Let me begin by saying I am not a fan of dentists. any dentist. I had a very bad experience some time back. And now I have anxiety whenever seeing a dentist.
If you have had a bad experience you can appreciate why finding a dentist who is qualified, and caring is a godsend. Dr. Tseng and her thoughtful office staff and hygienists really have impressed me.
The office is well managed and the staff are very well trained. Super nice, making it, an actual joy to go to the dentist.

I've been going to this clinic for 10+ yrs! The transition from Dr Kim to Dr Tseng was smooth and seamless. Very good and gentle with their patients. I also like that they prescribe treatments and not force when they find something wrong. Amazing customer service! I disliked dentist growing up and now, the every 6 month routine follow-up seems way too long to wait for.

My teeth have been in better condition than they have been in years, thanks to Dr. Tseng and her team. Since landing in Seattle 2 years ago, I've been seeing Dr. Tseng consistently for my regular checkups and for any consultations regarding major procedures. Dr. Tseng and her team have been extremely flexible and supportive, regardless of what my financial or time constraints have been. Every single one of her staff are friendly, professional and talented at what they do. Their equipment is top of the line, and getting to the offices is relatively easy; especially on foot. A review for a dentist? Yes, and I can't believe it's taken me this long to write this. I've been going to this office for over 4 years since I moved to Seattle. Cindy and her team are overall, genuine, good and kind people. That makes the experience of going to the dentist one that is more like visiting friends (who also clean your teeth) than actually getting dental work done.
They do a truly wonderful job with my teeth (I had a failed dental implant from my oral surgeon in Ohio, the implant replaced with the recommended Oral Surgeon from Dr. Kim and I couldn't be happier

My insurance plan changed with my new job and my previous dentist although I had been going to them for years was not in the network and their location was no longer desirable to go to for appointments. It's really hard to switch dentists, but I couldn't delay it anymore, because I needed a cleaning and I had a cracked back tooth causing pain. Dr. Tseng's team got me in right away, which I am so grateful for. Dr. Tseng did a very thorough new patient exam.
Her hygienist did a great job cleaning my teeth as well, I'm a bad flosser and there was no judgment.

My new dental home: Dr. Cindy Tseng DDS. does high quality work, attends to comfort, answers your questions and bases treatment on evidence and imaging. The front office is a delight, there are good referrals when needed and the hygienist is exceptional. Getting all that in one place is not typical in my experience. Just make an appointment. You will be happy with the results.

I visited the dental office of Dr. Cindy Tseng for the first time last week. I was recommended to them and found them to be as professional, friendly, and as efficient as I was told. From the moment I walked into the office, Lindsey, the receptionist made me feel right at home. They were able to immediately obtain my records from my previous dentist, which had been requested by me, but were never sent. This thankfully saved me from some unnecessary x-rays.
Amy, the dental hygienist, did a marvelous job deep cleaning my teeth. She was also really concerned with my comfort during the procedure

Amy is wonderful! I'm a tall order of a dental patient....anxious, ask a lot of questions, physically sensitive teeth and gums, fidget while in that damn chair, all that....and Amy was so so patient and kind. It really makes a difference having someone so nice and knowledgeable working on your mouth. Her demeanor plus the topical anesthetic she gave me worked wonders...I can't remember when I had such a calm, tolerable dental experience!

Just visited the office yesterday and saw Dr. Cindy. Was a great experience. Found parking pretty easily. They got to me quickly. Amy my hygienist, was friendly and nice and I could tell was really good at her job. Amy put me at ease right away. She made my experience at the office. Dr. Cindy was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Really quick and as far as dentist appointments go it was quite nice and pleasant. Highly recommend if you are looking for a dentist.

Dr. Cindy and her staff run a first class dental office. From the moment you walk through the door you're made to feel welcome and the nice water feature in the waiting room promotes a soothing and spa-like environment.
