The easiest hairstyle trend to copy this year? The hair flip. All it requires is you to flip your hair from one side to the other, creating tons of volume as a result. Ultra-long extensions aren't going anywhere. We've seen them on Rihanna, Jourdan Dunn, and the Kardashians in recent months, and the trend is poised to make an even bigger splash come January.

I love my haircut and color. It is so easy to manage and it looks good. Thank you Ala for this wonderful haircut. I finally got the haircut that I wanted for years. Tried to explain this haircut to other stylists but they could not do it, as my hair is curly and thick. Ala is wonderful. You should try her out.

Alla is fabulous! She is incredibly talented with color - highlights, lowlights, hombres, and full color. Always the latest cut techniques, styles and products are cutting edge. Alla is absolutely amazing, her razor cuts are the best I've ever had hands down. She's also the best at understanding what you're looking to get done. I've had a hard time explaining what I've wanted and have dealt with a lot of miscommunication with stylists but not Alla. She remembers exactly how I like my hair even if I don't see her for 6-8… months. Also she's the first stylist where I don't need to say a word while she's cutting and when she's done it's literally the exact length/style/cut I wanted! That to me is incredible. Fantastic stylist and awesome person, I'm staying with her
