My name is Whitney, owner of GirlPower Fitness in Austin, Texas. I offer in-person personal training, online personal training, and online group fitness classes for women. My goal is to help you move without pain, feel proud of yourself when you look in the mirror, and have confidence knowing that you're strong and amazing.

I care a lot about empowering women. I believe that when women are okay - because they are taking care of themselves, feeling loved, and recognizing their own worth - that ultimately, society will be okay. I think it starts and ends with women. Am I just dreaming? Maybe. But I like to dream. Fitness is not the magic key to unlocking happiness in your life.
In-person personal training is offered at my fitness studio located in my home in southwest Austin, Texas. Personal training includes access to all recorded online fitness classes, recipes & meal plans, at no additional cost. We begin with a free consultation so that I can learn more about your health history and goals, and you can see if I'm the right trainer for you.
No matter what mood I am in, there is always a workout that fits my mood! Whitney offers a vast variety of workouts and there is something in her design that makes them just right for my mind and my body. I absolutely recommend her. The variety of GirlPower Fitness classes and open schedule keeps me motivated and involved, Whitney's support keeps me going!
GirlPower Fitness is a wonderful program to help you become the woman that's hiding inside you. I would definitely recommend this program to others. Are you a woman who wants to start working out? Girl Power Fitness is the place for you. I have never consistently worked out before going to Girl Power. Whitney, the instructor and owner, has something for everyone. Barre, Pilates and Boot Camp are a few of the many classes she teaches. Each class is different and unique every week and you never get stuck doing the same routine over and over. Along with a variety of classes it’s a place where women of all ages feel welcome. Whitney is the best! I love having a resource like this in the neighborhood, rather than having to hike it to a gym. She works with you on what you want to accomplish, diet, strength, weight loss, etc. I’ve gotten so much stronger through reasonably priced private coaching. Her group classes are challenging but inviting and friendly! Check it out!

I recently attended Whitney's R+R (Rest and Recovery) Class and it was amazing. After getting back into training, I was definitely feeling the grind on my muscles and Whitney guided a small group of us thru a full body self care routine. As massage therapist, I very much like Whitney's holistic approach to sustained fitness and personal training.
Her studio was pristine and the look and feel of the space was on point.

What I love about working out with Whitney?
I love that she has me warm up before our workouts, that includes activating my glutes (something I need). She is intuitive in creating varied effective workouts for my body. Workouts our challenging yet doable. I feel stronger since I’ve been training with Whitney and would recommend her as a personal trainer! I also enjoy her company! Her workout room is legit, it’s clean and feels like we are in a gym by ourselves. Oh yeah and good music too.

I can not say enough about how much this place is great. Being only for women helps me enjoy working out. It is also very affordable and felixable, I do not have to worry about registration fees or missing a class. In addition to all that I finally can see my muscles and feel stronger! Whitney is so friendly and helpful, you will feel like working with your friends.

Every session she changes things up, constantly keeping the workouts challenging. Some of the moves are even fun! (not ‘the mermaid’, don’t let her trick you into thinking ‘the mermaid’ is fun)

Whitney offers some super fun, incredible group classes each day such as dance, kick boxing, pilates and more. I really enjoy the level of classes. They challenge me and also motivate me to continue staying healthy! She also offers individual training which is spot on. She works with you individually on your fitness goals!

Whitney led a bridal boot camp for us for a bachelorette party in Austin and it was amazing! She was super organized, but a lot of fun at the same time! The weather was really borderline that day so she was prepared to do the boot camp for us 13 girls both inside and outside! We lucked out and had a nice morning so we ended up doing the class outside on our lawn. But we were all VERY impressed with Whitney! Very professional and worked us hard! Most of us were sore for a few days! Thanks again! We had a great time!!!
