My method is to build a custom plan based on your child, schedule and more importantly, fitness goals. I aim to transform your kids health and influence it to make more mindful decisions when it comes to his/her health.

This is a very good fitness class. My son was so enjoyed this class in lockdown. A healthy body and mind are essential to achieve complete wellbeing. If we are healthy, we can resist our bodies from being attacked by germs. Our bodies are really sensitive and therefore, must be handled with necessary precautions.

Joy is the best. I've spent most of my life deeply averse to fitness, and I hate gyms. I always thought personal training was too expensive and intimidating for me, but Joy is so affordable and has been nothing but kind and encouraging. I work out with a friend and she challenges us without pushing us too hard and never shames us or makes us feel like we can't do something. I went from someone who hates all forms of physical exertion to a person who works out 2-3 a week, plus-- it's always been enjoyable, and the results are showing, I've gotten remarks!

Joy is awesome! I have been working out with her for just about a year now, and I couldn't be happier with the results. My waist has shrank, my energy has increased, and my overall confidence has drastically improved! I am never bored as she is constantly working on finding new and interesting ways to challenge my muscles. She has a wonderful attitude, is a great motivator, and is sure to push me a little harder each time I come. If I could give her 10 stars, I absolutely would. Joy is HIGHLY recommended in my book!

Great trainer! She was always promptly on time 0530 in the morning with a bright joyful demeanor (no pun intended). I gave her my goals and she tailored the workouts to meet them. The workouts were challenging but always fun and efficient. She is very motivating without being intimidating so you will feel comfortable and self assured when you train with her. I would recommend her to anyone serious about getting fit :0)

Highly recommended. Great attitude and motivator, regardless of your fitness level or age. I had slacked off the last decade and fitness was no longer a priority. Joy developed a plan that was tailored for me - and at a pace that accommodated my schedule and lifestyle. I have shed 18 lbs. and counting....and she gets all the credit.

We had a group of 5 people in town for a business retreat and Joy designed some excellent workouts for us each morning. Joy has a warm demeanor and she was very accommodating for the different levels of fitness that we had in our crew. She made the workouts fun and sought input for how she could further tailor them to our needs. She brings great energy and is motivational without coming off like a drill sergeant. I would highly recommend Joy for a group or individual workouts.
