Dr. Glenn is a graduate of the University of Nebraska College of Medicine. Following graduation he completed his residency program at Lincoln Medical Education Foundation Family Practice. Dr. Glenn is Board Certified by the American Board of American Academy of Family Physicians. He is an active member of American Academy of Family Physicians, Nebraska Medical Association and Lancaster County Medical Society.

Pine Lake Health will be available by phone from 8:00 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8:00 a.m. to noon Friday. If you are unable to make a scheduled appointment, please call our office as soon as possible (24-hour notice for cancellations is preferred). If you are late or don't have the appropriate information for your visit, it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment.
Waverly Health Care Urgent Care can take care of your Friday afternoon and Saturday morning urgent care needs. A physician is available for emergency care 24 hours a day including weekends and holidays. This service is reserved ONLY for matters which cannot wait until the next business day and is NOT to be used for medication refills.

Stay far away from this place. I called and asked for an appointment with a specific doctor that I had seen years before. I was looking for a refill of a very specific prescription that he had given me. They told me that he was booked out for a few months, but that someone else could see me. The man that saw me was nervous, repeated himself endlessly and said to me, "I've never even heard of that prescription so I wouldn't be comfortable prescribing it." They knowingly booked an appointment for a specific prescription with someone who had never even heard of the medicine and

I walk in and am told I need to go back out to my car and call them. WTH??? Then she said they'll call me, but I needed to go back out to my car. So I leave and about 4 min. later I get a call asking me some questions ref. covid mostly then I'm told I can come inside. Seems you should either call me before I show up or just ask me those questions when I walk in.

At Pine Lake Health you will find friendly front office staff, caring nurses and professional, knowledgeable providers! There’s no doubt Pine Lake Health is providing optimal healthcare. I always feel like a priority, they are so flexible with busy schedules and always seem to be running on time. I never wait in the waiting room. I’m always greeted with a friendly smile and hello. I have been a patient at Pine Lake Health for years. Dr. Glenn is a great guy, and his team is friendly and professional. I cannot remember ever having to wait more than 5 to 10 minutes to be called back to start my visit. My experience with Jaqueline Stewart, APRN has been wonderful. She was very nice, and she took the time to explain what was going on and why our treatment plan was the best choice. I recommend Pine Lake Health, LLC to anyone looking for compassionate, quick and comprehensive health care.

Again, after getting put through hell and back by the incompetent billing staff last year, the exact same issue presented again today. If I could tell you to run away from this office, that still would not be strong enough. Our family of 4 utilized this clinic from the day it opened until 2 years ago with no problems. Probably 50+visits between everyone. Never a payment issue. One day last year we got a bill from a bill collected stating waverly urgent care turned us into collections for a 30 copay. I called, and was informed that they had sent us "several" bills. The idiot on the phone
