Dr. Kathryn Duncan Friedman started her own practice over 25 years ago, and now she is happily joined by her daughter, Dr. Mara Mangini, and her son-in-law, Dr Nicholas Mangini. Together they are the doctors of our Atlas Dental team. Our family practice provides a warm, friendly environment and a wide range of experience and expertise.
The advantage to seeing a prosthodontist lies in the manner in which they are trained. While a general dentist has a basic level of training in all aspects of dentistry, a prosthdontist's advanced training after dental school focuses on how to comprehensively diagnosis oral health problems and create treatment plans that repair or replace missing teeth to their aesthetic and functional ideal.

I went here after sitting with a root canal for a couple weeks. My dentists weren’t picking up the phone and never called me back. I found atlas while searching for relief and in my first visit they got me on the right antibiotics and scheduled me for my root canal within a week. They were amazing then and every time since I’ve been back. Everyone is super friendly, and it’s very comforting

I want to say that I’m beyond grateful to Dr Nick and all of the staff, from the assistants to the front desk, everyone was so kind and patient with me. The thing is, I battled drug addiction for 8 years, needless to say I didn’t take care of my teeth and had a terrible infection. I had to lose all of my teeth and I was devastated. Today, drug free for 13 years, I was able to get the smile I always longed to have again. Dr Nick put dental implants and dentures that are so realistic and fit me perfectly. I can eat anything (I love corn on the cob) and more importantly this morning I looked in

I love this office. ( and I don’t like dentists!!!) Every single person in this office is kind, understanding and accommodating. I came in a recommendation of a friend and it’s the best decision I’ve made as far as my teeth. I have been embarrassed of my teeth in the past and never felt comfy going to the dentist. After my first visit I have had a different feeling and passion to visit the dentist regularly for cleanings and with all my needed work I will not hesitate to go. I have been a patient at Atlas Dental for a little less than a year and am a patient of Dr. Mara. I inquired as I wanted to close some gaps and refine my smile and Dr. Mara and Spencer for me all set up with Invisalign. These two together are the dream team! They have been exceptional and the service I receive every time I go in is top notch. They explain everything to me before any procedure and answer all my questions to make me feel comfortable! I go back on Thursday to receive my crown to complete my new smile and I cannot wait to see how it turns out!! The front office staff is amazing as
