As an update to my previous review...the work that was done totally out of pocket after the insurance fiasco was about $1000 between both appointments and my new filling has already cracked. I got it done on 1/27 and started experiencing pain on 4/14.
I'm not even going to bother calling the office because I know they won't be willing to help, and have just gone to another dentist.

Irresponsible, disrespectful. When the work she did fell off, she would not replace it. when I showed up in her office to ask her to consider another approach she would not come directly to the desk and speak with me. Her receptionist apologized as she stood behind her flipping her hair and smiling at some drug rep. I had to go to a more competent woman dentist. The other dentist fixed the problem quickly and easily. Susan Petruska cares more for herself than her patients. I am happy elsewhere.
