The Animal Hospital of Las Cruces is proud to serve Las Cruces, NM and surrounding areas. We are dedicated to providing the highest level of veterinary medicine along with friendly, compassionate service. We believe in treating every patient as if they were our own pet, and giving them the same loving attention and care.
In order to maintain our high standard of service, we require that payment be made at the time services are rendered. We provide estimates for all surgeries and hospitalizations. If you have not received an estimate, you are welcome to request one at any time for your expected charges. Animal Hospital and Emergency Center of Las Cruces is happy to accept Cash, Check, Major Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover), Scratchpay, and CareCredit.
I've been taking my dogs there for 11 years. It's become hard to get seen now which is frustrating but the service is still great when you do. Fair, reasonable, caring. This was the first time in over 30 years of being a pet owner that I felt a vet staff truly cared about my dog and all of my concerns.
Nobody knows your pet like you do. So if you suspect something is off or you notice your pet is not acting right please seek veterinary care immediately. There are some tell-tale signs of an emergency, in which case you shouldn't hesitate to seek veterinary care immediately. Keep in mind this list is not exhaustive!

I brought my fur baby in becuase he wasnt eating for 2 days and they make me pay over 250 dollars jst to tell me they dont know what it is. Wrong with him said he disnt have parvo but treated him like he did. Said he can be this or that like why did i pay u all this money and u couldn't even find his ilness which u shouldve and treated him.for that. I Obviously took him to you guys to resolve the issue not just waste time literally everyrhing i read on google was what they told me. U guys need more practice and better ways to treatt our fur babys. My baby hasnt got better if anything he worse and

We have been taking our dogs here for 14 years, always happy with the care and service. Recently I had to take my dog in on the weekend for an issue. I didn’t have an appointment but they were able to fit us in. I’m Very thankful they are open on weekends again. Thank you!

Animal Hospital took such wonderful care of our kitty named Loki. Loki is a true scared cat, but the wonderful staff kept him calm and performed his neuter in a very quick time. Loki was back to his normal destructive self by days end. Thank you to the amazing people of LCAH. Switching from a Calista to LCAH has been the biggest help in our animals care. Could not believe how much we saved by switching over. LCAH has actual Animal lovers working for them, cannot tell you how wonderful it feels to know your animal(s) are in such great care. Again, thank you so much LCAH!

Absolutely love this place! They were able to work my chihuahua in even with their busy schedule & the Dr. spoke with me & explained her diagnosis very thoroughly. Anytime someone asks where they should take their fur babies, I always recommend the Animal Hospital.

The last Vet we used couldn't see her for 3 months. Then we found the pet hospital. They saw her in less than a week. My dog was constantly scratching by the next day I could already see an improvement. I highly recommend Animal Hospital of Las Cruces. We found our forever Veterinarians.

I just moved to Las Cruces from Chicago and my Boxer has been stressed and seemed to have a UTI. I called every vet in town, left voicemails (some of which are still not returned) was left on hold, and was turned away because of no availability for new patients. Animal Hospital of LC took us in as walk-ins and checked out my fur-baby. Dr. Morrow was thorough and very professional. He had reviewed her medical records and called me to discuss the check-up. The ladies at the front desk (also on the phone) were kind, friendly and also professional. I think we found our new vet!

Probably due to covid-19 every veterinarian in the area was booked solid. most would not even answer the phone. they got my old dog in within a week and everyone could not have been nicer. i wish I could give more than 5 stars.
