Our appointment book is computerized which allows us to efficiently make appointments for you and your pet. Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. Emergencies are accepted anytime our clinic is open. Dr. Ross and her staff are excellent. After working in veterinary medicine myself, I have high expectations for veterinary care and this team here met them. They were all so kind and clearly want the best for every pet that comes in the door. I can't thank them enough for taking care of my fur babies and the hard work and dedication they put in to serving others. I highly recommend them!

They see my dog’s regularly, suddenly my puppy is dying from parvo (yes she has all her shots) I try transferring her from emergency and the girl who answers the phone can’t “quote” me a price cuz she doesn’t know her weight, but she’s staring right at her chart? she sure as hell can tell me there’s a $20 walk in fee though. Heartless.

I always suggest getting an appointment here at the clinic. They still have you call to check in from your vehicle. A vet assistant will come to your car to get intake info about your pet etc. In my opinion this is the best vet in town, great staff and prices for vaccinations and office visit are reasonable. Thanks for taking care of my fur babies!

This vet denied our dog who’s a patient of East Loman animal clinic. Our dog had a large fish hook stuck in his leg, and a cut up tongue from trying to remove the hook. They turned our precious dog away due to their lack of filing charts currently. Jornada Veterinary clinic was able to be a true veterinarian clinic and take him in as a new patient no questions asked to save his life! I do not recommend East Lohman
